Weight Maintenance

I haven't been doing too much exercise other than cardio (mostly running/jogging) lately; however, with Advocare supplements and good nutrition ( being conscious of my portions) and plenty of water (about 10 glasses per day), I am maintaining my optimal weight. It has not been easy but I am happy and feel great.
